摘要
目的 探讨血清癌抗原 12 5 (CA12 5 )在异位妊娠中的诊断作用。方法 6 0例血清 β -HCG阳性者抽血做化学发光法血清CA12 5定量测定。结果 受试者测得血清CA12 5值范围在 2 6 .5～ 32 3.1U/ml。正常宫内妊娠组CA12 5平均值 (15 4± 16 .9)U/ml;先兆流产组CA12 5平均值为 (2 4 4± 2 5 .8)U/ml;葡萄胎组CA12 5平均值是 (84± 16 .3)U/ml:异位妊娠组CA12 5平均值最低 (33± 2 5 .2 )U/ml。异位妊娠组与其他三组相比较 ,CA12 5平均值有统计学显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。CA12 5平均值在非异位妊娠的其他三组间 ,无统计学显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 在早孕期血清CA12 5的中止点为 36U/ml时 ,敏感性和特异性达最大限度 ,可考虑作为诊断异位妊娠的指标。
Objective To probe the diagnostic effect of cancer antigen125 in serum applying as mark substance of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The blood of 60 positive cases of β-HCG in serum were given to measure their ca125 rations with ACS. Results The tested personnel’s CA125 values ranged from 26.5 to 323.1(U/ml) in serum. The average CA125 value of normal pregnancy group was (154±16.9)U/ml. The average CA125 value of omen miscarriage group was (244±25.8)U/ml. The average CA125 value of grape pregnancy group was (84±16.3)U/ml.The lowest average CA125 value of ectopic pregnancy group was (33±25.2)U/ml.Comparing the latter group with other three groups, the CA125 average values had significant differences in statistics(P<0.05).There were not any difference of the CA125 average value in statistics among three other groups of non- ectopic pregnancy(P>0.05). Conclusions As the CA125 cutoff point in serum of earlier pregnancy period is 36(U/ml),the sensitivity and specialty will be the highest limits, and this value should be considered to be used as the diagnostic sign of ectopic pregnancy.
