摘要
以兔出血症阳性血清制备5％协同凝集诊断液,并用于检测人工感染兔和健康对照兔的血浆,结果表明病毒人工感染兔濒死期血浆阳性检出率为100％(5/5),而体温升高1～2℃的疾病明显期血浆和对照兔血浆为阴性。提示用葡萄球菌 A 蛋白协同凝集试验检测濒死期血浆是诊断兔出血症的一种实用方法。
5% diagnosticum of coagglutination test was prepared by positive serum to rabbithaemorragic disease (RHD),and was used to detect blood plasma which obtained respectivelyfrom control healthy rabbits and rabbits inoculated with haemorragic disease virus.The re-suits showed that blood plasma of agonal stage was 100% positive (5/5),other plasma,in-cluding manifestative stage and control group were negative.This indicated that applicationof Staphylococcal protein A (SPA) coagglutination test for detection of agonal stage plasmaof RHD was a practical clinical diagnostic method.
