摘要
本文揭示了全球化背景下中国乡村教育边缘化的事实和特征 ,阐述了全球化与中国乡村教育边缘化的内在关联 ,分析论证了中国乡村教育应对全球化的策略 ,提出了建立九年一贯制乡村学校、校长民主选举制、“喷灌式”乡村教育财政体制、乡村教师自治委员会基础上的校长负责制的乡村教育人、财、事的管理体制 ,以应对全球化的挑战。
The author discloses the fact and characteristic of the fringing of China's rural education in the vision of globalization, elaborates the inner relationship between the fringing of China's rural education and globalization, analyzes and brings out the strategies to meet the challenge of globalization. These strategies include normalized nine-year rural school, principal elected directly by all teachers, the finance provision system in spray irrigation form, and rural educational management system under principal commitment system based on teacher's self-management committee.
