摘要
本文报导了输精管和输精管静脉结扎对前列腺体积和重量影响的实验与临床研究。实验资料大白鼠结扎组与对照组前列腺重量相比较(P>0.05),无显著性差异,证明输精管和输精管静脉结扎对非增生性前列腺重量影响不明显。临床资料结扎组11例,去势组8例。结扎组手术前后自身比较,前列腺体积、重量均明显下降(P<0.01),有显著性差异,说明输精管和输精管静脉结扎对增生性前列腺体积、重量有明显影响。结扎组与去势组前列腺体积、重量、残余尿量相比较(P>0.05)无显著性差异,说明输精管和输精管静脉结扎对前列腺增生症。
This paper explores the influnce of vasectomy and ligation of the deferential vein on the weight of the prostate in wistar rats and on the volume of the hyperplastic prostate in men. The weight of the prostate of the rats did not change significantly(P>0.05) between the ligation group and the control group. Nineteen cases suffering from prostate hyperplasia were divided into ligation group(11 ca-ses)and castration group(8 cases). Prostatic volume decreased significantly(P<0.01)at six months after operation. However, there was no distinct difference in the volume of the prostate between the two groups (P>0.05). It shows that vasectomy as well as ligation of the deferential vein has similar curative effect as the castration.
