摘要
烷基化是炼油工业中一种重要的加工技术,生产的烷基化油是理想的汽油调合组分。文中对国内装置现状进行了比较深入的分析,介绍了工艺技术、烷基化油在汽油调合中的作用与安全和环保问题。在此基础上对其今后的发展建议应扩大原料的来源,以及跟踪世界先进技术的发展方向,搞好新技术的开发和研究工作。
Alkylation is a important process technology in oil refining industry. Now the domestic alkylation units have not played their proper role because of some problems. The process technology,usage of alkylation oil and the relative problems of safty and environment are introduced.On the basis of these discussion several suggestions are made for the further development of alkylation process ,including expands the source of materials,follows the tracks of advance of world new technologies and enhances the R&D of our's new technology.
