摘要
以bTSH刺激体外培养的正常和甲亢甲状腺细胞,通过测定细胞生成环磷腺苷(cAMP)的量,探讨bTSH对两种甲状腺细胞功能的影响。结果显示:正常和甲亢甲状腺细胞释放cAMP的量均随细胞含量、bTSH浓度的增加或细胞培养时间或bTSH刺激时间的延长而增多。在相同实验条件下,两种细胞释放cAMP的值无显著性差异。提示甲亢甲状腺细胞与正常甲状腺细胞相似,对TSH具有良好的反应性。
Studies were conducted on cultured normal and hyperfunctioning human thyroid cells in order to compare the effects of thyrotropin(TSH)on the secretion of cAMP.The results showed that cAMP secretion in response to TSH was dependent on the cell density,bTSH concentration,days of culture or stimulating duration of bTSH.There was no significant difference in cAMP production of these two kinds of thyroid cells,suggesting that both the hyperfunctioning and normal thyroid cells react to TSH after the same fashion so far as cAMP production is concerned.
