摘要
目的 了解南京市淡色库蚊幼虫对 4种杀虫剂的抗药性情况 ,以便指导科学合理地使用杀虫剂。方法 采用WHO提供的幼虫浸液法 ,并按照蚊类抗药性监测暂定区分剂量 /浓度法与实验室敏感品系淡色库蚊测试结果比较。结果 南京市淡色库蚊对 4种杀虫剂均产生不同程度的抗药性 ,即对敌敌畏、氯菊酯抗性级别为高抗 ,氯氰菊酯为中抗 ,溴氰菊酯为低抗。结论 在灭蚊工作中 ,使用化学防治时 ,必须选择适当的杀虫剂。
Objective To investigate the resistance of Culex pipiens pallens larva in Nanjing to four kinds of insecticides and provide evidence for scientific application of insecti cides. Methods Selecting insecticides to test larva resistance of Culex pip iens pallens according to the method provided by WHO, and comparing with the result of susceptible strain cultured in laboratory. Results The strain from Nanjing had developed different resista nce to tested 4 insecticides: high resistance to DDVP and Permethrin, medium res istance to Cypermethrin and low resistance to Deltamethrin. Conclusion It was necessary to apply insecticides scientifically in chemical cont rol of mosquito.
