摘要
采用高效液相色谱法在色谱柱μBondapakC18柱上,以甲醇 水 三乙胺(体积比为78∶22∶0 3)为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器(检测波长为210nm)分离测定了0 5%植物杀虫剂中的有效成分苦参碱的含量.实验结果表明,该法的平均回收率为98 9%~100 5%,并且简便、快速、准确,适合于该产品的质量控制.
The paper established a method for determining matrine in bio_pesticide by HPLC. The experimental conditions wereμBondapak C_(18) column (250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.), MeOH_Water_Triethylamine (78∶22∶0.3, v/v/v) as the mobile phase, the elute with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and the diode detector (at 210 nm wavelength). The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.19~5.22 μg (r= 0.9999). The average recovery was 98.9% ~100.5%, RSD was under 5% (n=6). This HPLC method is simple, rapid, accurate, and is suitable for the mateine quality control.
