财经职业教育要求教师不仅具有系统的财经专业理论知识,而且,更应具有熟练的专业实践工作的动手操作能力。财经职业教育教师必须肩负教师和技师的双重角色,即“双师型”教师。
Financial Professional education require systematic and prominent theoratical knowledge on its teaching staff, with skillful applicable operating facility. Dual roles proved crucial in the acdemic education.
