摘要
希夫试剂可用来鉴别醛酮.醛和希夫试剂作用后,溶液呈紫红色,通常,酮不与希夫试剂反应.从希夫试剂的稳定性及检验效果等方面研究多种不同配制方法的优劣.通过比较,配方3———把0.05g碱性品红研细,溶于含0.5mL浓HCl的50mL水中,再加入0.5gNa2SO3固体,搅拌后,静置,直到红色褪去———为最佳配方.
Schiff reagent can be used to differentiate aldehyde from ketone since the former reacts with Schiff reagent and the solution turns red, while the latter rarely reacts with Schiff reagent. From stability of Schiff and its testing effect, etc, advantages and disadvantages of different methods for the preparation of Schiff reagent have been studied. From comparison it has been found that No.3 method is the best, in which 'grind 0.05 g alkaline fuchsine fine, put it into 50 mL water solution of 0.5 mL HCl, then add (0.5g) solid Na_2SO_3, after stirring, lay it up until the red color fades'.
