摘要
目前 ,农民增收的有效途径是向城市进行人力资源迁移 ,走城市化的道路。然而在城市中作为弱势群体的农民工普遍存在被歧视现象 :讨工钱难 ;子女教育难 ;社会保障体系差等。这些因素大大地阻碍了农民工向城市迁移 ,妨碍了城镇化建设的进程。本文认为对农民工应予以人文关怀 ,培植新的人文精神 ,构建农民工人文关怀体系 ,促进经济社会可持续发展。
The effective way to increase the income of peasants is moving the human resource from countryside to city. However, the discrimination against peasant-workers, which belong to the weak group, is common in city. The peasant-workers have difficulty in getting wage, educating their children and getting social security. All these problems impede the sustainable development of the moving of the peasant-workers from countryside to city and the process of urbanization construction. The peasant-workers should be given human solicitude. And new human spirit and the system of human solicitude for the peasant-workers in city should be set up.
