摘要
采用直流喷射电沉积方法制备了纳米晶镍镀层,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)研究了电流密度对镀层微观结构,如表面形貌、晶粒尺寸、织构等的影响.结果表明:随着沉积电流密度从11.65A/dm2增加到93.2A/dm2,镀层平均晶粒尺寸从13nm增大到了50nm左右;同时,镀层织构由(111)转变为强(200)织构.
Nanocrystalline nickel coatings were prepared by jet-electrodeposited method with direct current. The influence of currentdensity on the microstructure such as surface morphology, average grain size and texture of electrodeposited Ni coatings was studied by Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that an increase in the current density from 11.65 A/dm^(2) to 93.2 A/dm^(2)resulted in an increase in the average grain size from 13 nm to about 50nm and a change in the texture from a (111) fiber texture to a stronger (200) fiber texture.
