摘要
本文对少儿游泳培训的教学步骤和方法作了初步研究,找出了一套适合少儿游泳初级教学的途径,明确了少儿蛙泳教学中各个单元及相应阶段的教学手段和方法。对于如何优化教学进程,使更多的少儿能在更短的时间里学会游泳起到了一定的作用。
The paper has made elementary research on the teaching approaches and methods of the gossoon swimming training class, and have discovered a set of teaching approaches that fit with the gossoon primary swimming class. It confirmed the approaches and methods of the gossoon breast stroke teaching in each unit and corresponding phase. It is helpful for how to optimize the course and make the more and more gossoons hold the swimming skills in less time.
