摘要
本文将太极拳套路技术教学划分为定向、模仿、整合、熟练等四个教学阶段,根据不同阶段学生学习太极拳的心理特点,采用科学合理的教学方法,有助于学生掌握太极拳技能,形成演练能力。
This paper intends to divide the teaching of Taijiquan skills and tricks into four teaching periods——orientation, imitation, combination and proficiently. According to the students?psychological characteristics in different learning periods, and by adopting scientific and sensible teaching methods, it抯 very likely to cultivate effectively the students?mastery of technical skills and demonstration ability in Taijiquan.
