摘要
以常规小麦品种“绵阳11号”为对照,研究了“绵阳82—53”小麦在每公顷施纯N 0、75、150、225、300kg的条件下蛋白质组分形成的变化。结果表明:“绵阳82—53”的清蛋白、球蛋白、谷蛋白组分分别比对照品种高60.24%、16.58%8.45%,而醇溶蛋白组分降低23.19%。其中,清蛋白、球蛋白、醇溶蛋白差异显著。随着施N量的增加,“绵阳82—53”4种蛋白质组分都能够增加,这一特性使该品种成为南方麦区特别是四川麦区小麦优质品种资源和栽培品种之一。
The Variance of protein component forming of wheat 'Mianyang 82-53' was studied in this experiment, which the amount of nitrogenous fertilizer per ha was respectively 0, 75, 150, 225, 300Kg and the cheak variety was 'Mianyang 11'. The results showed that albumin, globutin and glutelin of 'M.82—53'were respectively increased by 60.28% 16.58%, 8.45%more than that of cheak variety 'M.11',but the 'M.82— 53' in prolamin decreased by 23.19% less than 'M.11'. There are significant differences in albumin, globulin, prolamin. The 4 kinds of protein components of 'M.82—53' can get a raise along with the increasing of nitrogenous fertilizer,Which make the variety become one of the good quality wheat varieties and cultured varieties in south, china especially in Sichuan province.
