摘要
目的 研究耐药结核杆菌细胞中脂肪酸的化学组分改变。方法 用毛细管气相色谱仪 ,对标准的强毒人型结核杆菌 (H3 7RV)、弱毒人型结核杆菌 (H3 7Ra 株 )、人工诱导的耐对氨基水杨酸钠 ( 10 0 μg/ml)和耐硫酸链霉素 ( 10 0μg/ml)的H3 7RV 株及 11株临床的分离的结核杆菌敏感株和耐药株进行了脂肪酸分析。结果 列出了 7个脂肪酸特征比值。其中强毒人型结核杆菌 (H3 7RV)C16:0 /C16:1最低 ,为 5 :7,与其他菌株有明显区别 ;C2 0 :0 /C2 4:0 ,C2 0 :0 /C2 6:0 是弱毒人型结核杆菌 (H3 7Ra)的 2倍。结论 耐药结核菌脂肪酸的分析 ,可以提供与结核菌耐药性有关的特征比值与色谱峰 。
Objective The fatty acid was analyzed with capillary gas chromatograph for standard human tubercle bacilli (H 37 R v,H 37 R a),Method Induced artificially 100 μg/ml PAS-resistant H 37 R V and 100 μg/ml sulfate SM-resistant H 37 R V strains as well as 11 strains of sensitivity and drug-resistant tubercle bacilli isolated from clinical specimens.Results The specitic ratio on the Characteristics of 7 kinds of fat-acid were listed: H 37 R V hoeds of C 16:0 /C 16:1 , the minimal ratio is 5:7, it's quite different from the other T.B strains and the ratio of C 20:0 /C 24:0 C 20:0 /C 26:0 are 2-flod higher than that of H 27 Ra.Conclusion The fatty acid analysis may provide the characteristic chromatograph peaks which was related to drug-resistant tubercle bacilli, and can be used in the differentiation of clinical drug-resistant tubercle bacilli-strain.
