摘要
目的评价超声检查米非司酮抗早孕前后临床应用的价值。方法对660例宫内妊娠药流进行超声检查了解宫内妊娠状况,排除药流的禁忌证;药流后进行超声检查了解宫内有无妊娠囊或胚胎残留,及子宫恢复等情况。结果完全流产者占88.18%;不全流产者占10.15%;流产失败者1.7%。结论宫内妊娠药流前后的超声检查是一种快速安全有效的监测检查方法。
Objective To estimate the clinical significance of ultrasonography on before and after anti early pregnancy with mifepristone. Methods 660 cases of premedical abortion were ultrasonic diagnosed to know the status of inner uterus pregnancy and exclude the taboo of medical abortion;after medical abortion ultrasonic were perfsrmed to find rudimental embryo in uterus,recuperation of uterus,etc. Results 88.18%of cases are full abbortion;10.15%of cases are semi abortion;1.7%of cases are unsuccessful abortion.Conclusions Its a quick and safe method to use ultrasonography before and after medical abortion.
