采用补偿滑轮组是单臂起重机在变幅过程中使吊重沿水平线移动的一种常用方法。文中阐述了滑轮组补偿原理,由臂架摆动引起吊钩滑轮组的升降Δh_i,将由补偿滑轮组的铰点A至吊钩滑轮组的间距变化Δl_i来补偿。介绍了确定补偿滑轮铰点合理位量的双曲解析计算法。还举例计算确定了补偿滑轮铰点A的位置。
The use of compensation block set is a common practice to achieve horizontal movemeat of lifted load during luffing operation of a single boom crane. The principle of compensation of the block set is described. The vertical displacement of hook block set △h_i caused by luffing of the boom is compensated by variation of distance between pivot point of compensation block A and hook block set △l_i. A hyperbolic analytic method to determine rational location of pivot of compensation block is introduced. Example is given to calculate the pivot location A of the compensation block.
