摘要
目的 :观察国产盐酸氨基葡萄糖片对治疗膝骨性关节炎 (OA)的疗效和安全性 ,并对治疗前后多项临床指标进行比较 ,观察其毒副反应。方法 :采用双盲双模拟随机对照临床研究设计 ,对 6 4例OA患者用国产盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗前后的临床指标和实验室指标进行观察和测定。结果 :临床指标与实验室指标明显改善 ,均有显著统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ;两组临床总有效率为 79 31% (2 3/2 9)和 77 14 % (2 7/35 ) ,无统计学意义 (P =1 0 0 0 ) ;安全性观察两组均未发现明显的不良事件发生。结论 :国产盐酸氨基葡萄糖片为一安全有效治疗OA的药物。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of glucosamine hydrochloride tablet made in China in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods:In this clinical study,double blind,double simulation,prospective and randomized parallel control trial were designed in 64 patients treated with glucosamine hydrochloride tablet.Clinical manifestations and the test markers were observed carefully.Results:Clinical manifestations and the test markers of the tested group and the control group with had improvement(P<0.05)than that of the control.The total effective rates of the two groups were approximately equal (79.31% vs 77.14%,P=1.000),and no adverse reaction happened.Conclusion:Glucosamine hydrochloride tablet was an effective and safe drug in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee,suggesting that glucosamine hydrochloride would give some benefits to some patients with OA of knee.
