摘要
教育部即将对各级电大的"人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点"项目进行总结性评估,并下发了评 估指标和标准。如何正确理解评估的意义,把握评估的指标体系,对指导各级电大做好迎评工作及进一步推动试 点的教学和教学管理工作具有重要的意义。本文就试点项目总结性评估实质、目的、指导原则及指标体系的把握 作了一些初浅的探讨。
Ministry of Education of the PRC will carry on the summing-up assessment of 'the personnel training mode reforming and the pilot project of opening education' to china Central radio and TV universities, and assess the index and standard. How to comprehend the correct meaning and hold the index of system assessed will instruct the TV universities at all levels to do the work of meeting and commenting well. It is also very important in promoting the teaching and teaching management of the pilot project.
