摘要
采用无基材或以玻璃纤维布为基材,制备了具有良好压敏性的结构胶粘带。对其应用性能的研究结果表明,该结构胶粘带在固化前有较高的剥离强度和良好的贮存稳定性,而固化后可获得>20MPa的常温剪切强度,且耐热和耐水性能较好。文章还研究了结构胶粘带的固化工艺。
Structural bonding tape possessing good pressure sensitive adhesive properties was prepared with no backing type or glass fiber woven cloth as backing. The experimental results about application properties showed that structural bonding tape had gotten not only high peel strength and long shelf life before curing, but also more than 20MPa high shear strength, good heat resistance and water proofness after curing. The resulte upon curing process were reported in detail.
