实验性急性肾功能衰竭的肾脏超微结构改变及其意义

摘要 本文报导甘油致家兔急性肾功能衰竭后肾脏的超微结构改变,并对其病理生理意义进行讨论。认为肾衰时肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀,窗孔减少,足突裂隙消失严重影响肾小球的滤过功能肾小管上皮细胞微绒毛触合、脱落、胞膜基底内折减少,细胞侧突肿胀导致肾小管重吸收功能障碍。提出肾小管上皮细胞侧突间隙扩大是肾小管液被动回漏的途径之一,基底膜裸露是肾小球毛细血管通透性增高的组织学基础。肾小球囊小管化的机理和意义有待研究。 The renal ultrastructure changes of glycerolinduced acute renal failure in rabbits were observed and their significance was discussed. It is considered that the swelling of glomerular capillary endotheliom cell, reduction or disappearance of fenestrae, narrowing or disappearance of podoeytic slit could influence the glomerular filtration function significantly; interfusion and detachment of tubular epithelial microvilli,decrease of basolateral infoldings and swelling of cel lular lateral inter digitation would reduce the tubular reabsorption. It is proposed that the enlargement of the slit beteen cellular lateral inter rdigiration may be one of the backleak channels; the exposure of basal membrane of glomerular capillary is the histological basis of increased glomerular permeability. The mechanism and significance of tubularation of Bowman's capsule need further research.
