ULTRASTRUCTURAL STUDY OF EXPERIMENTAL INTERNAL HEMORRHOIDAL MODELS OF RABBITS

摘要 选用健康家兔,切断其肛门神经主干,制成内痔模型。电镜观察:内痔粘膜下层的小静脉淤血;毛细血管内皮细胞肿胀,细胞内粗面内质网脱颗粒、多聚核糖体解聚、线粒体嵴断裂、髓鞘样小体形成,细胞间隙增宽,外括约肌肌纤维束间胶原纤维增多。据此对痔的发病机理作初步探讨。 We made the ultrastructural researches on the internal hemorrhoidal modelsof rabbits which were caused by injuring anal nerves.The results showed that venules in the submucosa were congested,the endothelial cells of capil-laries were swollen.In cytoplasm,we discovered that ribosomes detachedfrom membranes of rough endoplasmic reticulum and polyribosomes disaggre-gated,the disorganization and loss of mitochondrial cristae appeared withformation of myeloid bodies.The intercellular space(junctions)was enlargedThe collagenous fibers in the space among striated skeletal muscle fibers wereincreased in number.Hence,we made preliminary probe on the mechanismof hemorrhoids.
