用猪10只,体重32.6±6.2kg。观察双后肢股部钢珠弹伤后24小时内血浆AⅠ、AⅡ含量和ACE活性变化。评估ACE活性变化在判断肺内皮细胞损伤程度上的意义。结果可见,伤后24小时内AⅠ、AⅡ均较正常值为高。AⅠ在伤后24小时达最高峰;AⅡ在伤后1小时最高(P<0.05),4小时后稍有下降,但仍明显高于伤前值。ACE活性伤后2~4小时有升高(P>0.05),12小时后有下降趋势(P>0.05),但变化幅度不大。文中对伤后各指标的变化进行了讨论,从本实验结果尚无法对ACE作为评估肺内细胞损伤程度得出肯定的结论。严重创伤和休克动物有血浆AⅠ和ACE的持续下降,是预后不良的征兆。
Ten pigs weighing 32.6±6.2kg were used in this experiment. Changes of plasma AⅠ, AⅡ and serum ACE activity were measured within 24h after both hind legs were inflic- ted by steel-ball pellets. Especially, we paid attention to the signifcance of the changes of ACE activity on damage of endothelial cells. The results showed that the levels of plasma AⅠ, AⅡ were higher than those of nomal level within 24h after injury. The level of AⅠ reached peak at 24h after injury. The highest value of AⅡ was 4 times as much preinjury level at one hour after injury (p<0.05). Four hours later, the values were still obvious higher than nomal. ACE activity increased at 2-4h after injury(p>0.05), and tended to decrease 12h later (p>0.05). Based on the changes of various parameters after injury, it was suggested that the changes of ACE couldn't be used as an indicating damage of endothelial cells. The levels of AⅠ and ACE activity decreased continuously in severe trauma and shock animal, usually predicted the prognosis was bad.
