摘要
通过对发展概念的由来以及对它与进化、进步等概念之间的关系的辨析将会发现,当今人类在发展观念上所实现的变革是:发展并不一定是规模的扩大,而主要是一种结构性合理变革;发展并不是一切领域、一切方面的进步与优化,而是某些方面进步和另一些方面退步的同生共存状态。对无限发展的诉求只是一种乐观主义式的信仰,惟其如此,作为过去主导意识形态的进步主义将不得不终结。
In elaborating the history of development concept and analyzing its relationship with the concept of evolution, progress etc, this paper points out that the development idea of nowadays' human being has changed greatly. Development is not necessarily equal to the expanding of scale, but is mainly a kind of reasonable change of construction; Development also doesn't mean advancement and optimization in the whole realms and aspects, but the coexistence of progresses in some aspects and retrogresses in other aspects. Claiming the infinite development is just a kind of optimistic faith. According to it, progressivism, which acted as the past predominant ideology, will have to terminate.
