摘要 本文通过试验证明 ,水解时间影响水解度和蛋白回收率 .进一步从凝胶色谱分析中可以看出 ,肽分子的分布是连续的。随着水解时间的延长 ,水解程度提高 。 The test proves that the time of hydrolysis affect degree of hydrolysis and rates of protein recovery.Gelatin chromatogram analyses that distributing of peptides is continuous. With the extend of time, degree of hydrolysis and the amount of small peptides are increased.
