摘要
目的 探讨bcl 2、bax和p5 3蛋白与非小细胞肺癌 (non smallcelllungcancer,NSCLC)临床及病理特征的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 5 5例手术切除NSCLC标本中三种基因蛋白的表达。结果 5 5例标本中bcl 2蛋白表达率为 5 6 .36 % (31/ 5 5 ) ,bax蛋白表达率为 6 3.6 4 % (35 / 5 5 ) ,p5 3蛋白表达率为 6 5 .4 5 % (36 / 5 5 ) ;bcl 2随分化程度降低而降低 ,p5 3阳性表达率随分化程度降低而升高 ,且两者在高、低分化组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;p5 3阳性表达率在淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;bax阳性表达率随分化程度降低而降低 ,但高、低分化组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;三种基因蛋白阳性表达率与肺癌组织学类型均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;bcl 2和bax与淋巴结转移无明显关系。结论 bcl 2 /bax蛋白与NSCLC发生、发展有关 ,p5 3蛋白与NSCL .C分化程度及预后有关 ,可作为反映NSCLC生物学行为的指标。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of bcl-2,bax,p53 protein and the clinical pathological characteristics of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Expressions of bcl-2,bax and p53 protein were detected in 55 NSCLC samples by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive rate of bcl-2,bax and p53 protein was 56.36% (31/55),63.64% (35/55) and 65.45% (36/55) respectively;The positive rate of bcl-2 in higher differentiation group was significantly higher than that in lower differentiation group(P<0.05).The positive rate of p53 in higher differentiation group was significantly lower than that in lower differentiation group(P<0.05).The positive rate of p53 was related to lymph node metastasis(P<0.05); Positive rate of bcl-2,bax and p53 protein was not related to the pathological type.Conclusion Over-expression of bcl-2,bax and p53 protein may play an important role in the oncogenesis and development of NSCLC.
