右脑增智武术操对儿童IQ和右脑度影响的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对小学三年级学生实施为期一年、有规律地加入增智因素的武术操,观察受试者的智商和右脑度发生的变化,探讨该武术操与其所引起右脑度和智商变化之间的关系和作用机制,为体育运动促进小学生脑潜能开发的研究提供实验依据。 The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of right brain gymnastics which joined Wushu ingredient on pupils of grade 3 as measured by the performance of right brain and intelligent quotient. Exercise sessions implemented regular and lasting for one year. It was observed that the performance of right brain and IQ were improved significantly, also, the relationship between them and mechanism caused by the gymnastics was discussed. This study may provide basement for facilitating the potential of brain by physical exercises.
