摘要
本文参照专业化职业的标准,把图书馆员专业化的发展过程划分为专业化思想萌芽阶段、专业化初始阶段、专业化发展阶段,并分析了图书馆员专业化发展的趋势。
Referring to professionalization standard, this paper divides the development course of librarian profes s ionaliz ation into the budding s tage of profes s ionaliz ation thought, the initial s tage of professionalization and the developing stage of professionalization, finally analyses the development trend of librarian professionalization.
