摘要
我国目前的教育观念和人才培养模式落后于经济发展速度,在一定程度上影响了经济和社会发展的进程。要转变教育观念,树立德、智、体、美、劳协调发展的观念,使学生知识与能力同步,做人与做事并行,重视实践能力,培养创新精神,把学生从书本中心、课堂中心、教师中心的桎梏中解放出来,做知识的主人,增强社会适应性。
Our country's education views and training mode of men of ability at present lag behind economic developing speed, which in certain degree affects the progress of economic and social development. It is necessary to change education sense, set up the sense of harmonious development in the respect of morality, intelligence, healthy, aesthetic felling and physical labor and make students get knowledge together with ability, behave themselves together with handle affairs; pay attention to practical ability; cultivate innovation spirit; thus liberate them from taking books, teachers as center and teach them to be the master of knowledge and make them adapt to society circumstance.
