叙述了悬浮法70m3聚合釜批量生产聚氯乙烯的主要特点及对批量控制系统的要求。介绍了采用的ECS-100控制系统的组成。详细分析了批量过程控制策略及实施方法。
Main characteristics of polyvinyl chloride bulk production with 70 m3 polymerizer by suspension process,and batch control system requirment were illustrated. ECS-100 control system composition was introduced. Batch process control countermeasures and application method were analysed.
