摘要
基于CL(ControlLanguage)语言,结合环氧树脂生产过程,阐述了连续及批量控制中采用的操作模式、模式切换、配方数据管理和下载方案及具体实现方法。经生产实践证明,该方法具有操作灵活、配方管理可靠等优点,对于一般批量过程生产有较强的借鉴和推广意义。
Based on Control Language(CL),it is discussed not only for the operating modes,modes switching,batch data managing and loading plan,but also for detailed implementation way of this plan in the continual and batch control related with Epoxy Resin production.Testified by application the plan is very flexible to operate and is very reliable in batch data management,which is helpful to common process production.
