摘要
目的 :探讨解剖形钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床应用及疗效 ,以提高股骨转子间骨折的治疗水平。方法 :2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 12月使用德国产解剖形钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折 43例患者 ,均为闭合骨折 ,AO分型A1型 16例、A2型 15例、A3型 12例 ,对手术情况、疗效进行回顾性分析总结。结果 :43例患者中优 3 7例 ,良 4例 ,可 2例 ,优良率 95 .3 %。结论 :应用解剖形钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折取得良好的临床效果 ,解剖形钢板治疗时创伤小、手术灵活、易取得成功 。
Objective To study the clinical application and th erapeutic effec t of steel plate on intertrochanteric fracture. Methods From January, 2001 to December, 2003, steel plate manufactu r ed by Link Co.from Germany had been applied to 43 patients with intertrochanter ic f racture, which were all closed fractures. Of all the patients, 16 were A1 type b y AO typing system, 25 were A2 type and 12 were A3 type. Retrospective analyses w ere made on the surgeries and their curative effect. Results O f all the 43 patients, 37 achieved the best curative effect, 4 fairly good and 2 poor, so the rate of excellent curative effect was 95.3%. Conclusion The applic ation of steel plate is effective for curing intertrochanteric fracture with sma ll wound, operational flexibility and easy success. Therefore, it is recommende d for curing the intertrochanteric fracture.
