解剖钢板治疗累及距下关节的跟骨骨折 被引量：11

摘要 目的总结利用跟骨解剖形钢板治疗累及距下关节的跟骨骨折的效果。方法自2004年2月至2007年12月采用跟骨解剖钢板对26例(28足)跟骨骨折患者采用切开复位内固定治疗。骨折分型采用Sanders分型法,随访时间8～24个月,平均13个月。结果按照Maryland评分标准,优(90～100分)14足,良(75～89分)10足,可(50～74分)4足,优良率85.7%。结论切开复位跟骨解剖形钢板治疗累及距下关节的跟骨骨折,是一种良好的治疗方法。
