摘要
以大豆为研究材料 ,研究了不同Fe2 + 浓度对大豆种子萌发的影响。结果表明 ,15mg/kgFe2 + 浸种对大豆种子萌发最有利 ,低浓度的Fe2 + 处理 (0 .0 1mg/kg、0 .1mg/kg)使大豆种子发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数增加较少 ;较高的Fe2 + 浓度(10mg/kg、3 0mg/kg、5 0mg/kg、75mg/kg和 10 0mg/kg)会使种子发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数降低 ,且Fe2 + 浓度≥ 5 0mg/kg时 ,下降非常显著。
The effect of different Fe 2+ treatments on seed germination of Glycine max (L.) Merrill had been studied. The results showed that 1-5mg/kg was the most suitable for to the germination of soybean seed. Under lower Fe 2+ concentration (0.01mg/kg and 0.1mg/kg), germination power, vigor index and germination index of soybean seed increased less. Whereas, high Fe 2+ concentration (10 mg/kg, 30 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg, 75 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg) decreased germination power, vigor index and germination index of soybean seed compared to control. When Fe 2+ concentration was up or equal 50 mg/kg, thefall of the three indexes were remarkable.
