摘要
教育是一个系统工程 ,基础教育和高等教育是这一系统工程中相互联系、相互制约的两个重要组成部分 。
It is assumed to be a tendency to consider the connection as an orientation between the fundamental and higher education in China. And writers of the paper further elaborate the necessities and orientations of the connection.
