摘要
介绍了一种基于Profibus-DP现场总线技术的热上胶温控系统。使用西门子公司CPU315 - 2DP作为主控制器 ,配置两个ET2 0 0M远程站 ,通过MPI接口实现PLC与上位机间的通信。
A temperature control system based on Profibus-DP fieldbus technology used in hot sizing process is introduced. In the system Siemens’ CPU315-2DP is used as the master controller, two ET200M are configured as remote stations, and communication between host computer and PLC is implemented through MPI interface. An improved new PID control algorithm is presented.
