摘要
用~3H-黄岑甙作为示踪剂,研究了“蚌毒灵”药物在三角帆蚌体内的分布、吸收及排泄.实验结果表明,在给药后,药物广泛分布于肝、内脏团、斧足、鳃、外套膜等组织中,而且在病原体主要侵入部位——肝、鳃、斧足的药物浓度较高,药物浓度顺序为:肝】鳃】斧足】内脏团】外套膜.以不同剂量给药均有较好的吸收,并呈现一定比例.药物清除半衰期t1/2=25.67h.
Studies the distribution, absorption and extretion of “Bangdulin” drug in Hyriopsis Cumingii by using
~3H-Baicalin as a tracer. The result shows that, after giving the drug, the drug is widely distributed in digestive
diverticula, visceral mass, foot, gill, mantle and other tissues. Moreover, the drug concentration is higher locat-
ed in the pathogens sites infected, such as digestive diverticula, gill and foot. The degree of drug concentration
in different parts is in following sequence: digestive diverticula>gill>foot>visceral mass>mantle. All of the
different dosages are absorbed well, and the extent of absorptions is proportional with dosages. The half life of
elimination (t_(1/2)) is egual to 25.67 hours.
