摘要
应用透射电镜对冷水组(4℃和10℃)、温水组(25℃)和对照组小鼠心肌细胞超微结构作了观察.结果表明,冷水组中4℃和10℃实验组小鼠心肌细胞超微结构变化无明显区别,其心肌细胞胞质内有大量的线粒体.线粒体体积大、分布密集,嵴长且密集,嵴间基质中有丰富的嗜锇颗粒.心肌细胞内糖元颗粒显著增加,呈簇状或单个分布.在电镜下观察,冷水组小鼠心肌细胞超微结构未见损伤性改变.温水组小鼠心肌细胞细胞内的线粒体,嗜锇颗粒和糖元类似于对照组.结果提示,长期和适度的冷水游泳有助于改善心肌细胞的超微结构,提高心肌细胞的能量代谢和能量贮备,促进心肌细胞的活性.本文提示,长期、适度的冬泳有助于提高人类心脏功能。
The ultrastructure of mouse heart muscle cells of the cold-water group (4℃ and 10℃), the warm-water
group (25℃) and the control group was studied with TEM. There was no ultrastructural difference on 4℃
and 10℃ groups. Numerous mitochondria, containing many longer and denser mitochondrian cuistae, were
found in the cells of the cold-water group. There were also rich osmium particles among the cuistae. Many
glycogen particles arranged in clusters were present in the cells. Under electron microscope, the ultrastruc-
ture of heart muscle cells wes not damaged in the cold-water groups. Mitochondria, osmium particles and
glycogen particles in the cells of the warm-water group were less than those of the cold-water group and simi-
lar with those of the control group. It was suggested that long term and suitable cold-water swimming may
be good for human heart function, beart energy metabolize and energy store.
