摘要
结合大口径直缝焊管机械扩径机组开发项目,分析了大口径直缝焊管机械扩径工艺的特点,利用有限元方法对机械扩径成形机理和成形过程进行了仿真,讨论了机械扩径对扩径设备的力能要求。在此基础上,对机械扩径的主要工艺参数及其对扩径质量的影响进行了详细的论述,为扩径机组的开发提供理论依据。
Based on the design of mechanical expanding machine,the characteristics of mechanical expanding process of large diameter longitudinal welded Steel pipe have been analyzed. The mechanical expanding mechanism and forming process have been simulated by FEM software.The power demand on mechanical expanding machine has been discussed.Main mechanical expanding process parameters and their influence on the quality of welded steel pipe have been discussed in detail.
