摘要
20 0 1年 12月科技部等部门颁布规定 ,要求以国家财政拨款资助为主的各类科研计划的课题以及相关的管理活动要采用课题制 ,对科研课题的管理提出了更高的要求。本文通过可行性分析、应用价值分析和潜在问题分析认为 ,项目管理在科研课题管理中的合理应用能够改善课题完成情况 。
In december 2001, the ministry of science and technology and five other departments promulgated a regulation to implement project-system in scientific research projects mainly funded by the state and its relevant management, which expressed a higher requirement in the scientific research management This paper analysis the feasibility, values and latent problems of the application of project management system to scientific research project management, and found that the reasonable application could improve the effect of scientific projects and scientific management
