摘要
现代法律上的权利义务观念,其最早形成于奴隶制时代。其形成的基本动因有:私有财产制度的出现 是权利义务观念获得制度形式的物质力量;奴隶政治制度的形成是权利义务观念形成的政治力量;西方伦理文明与道德 文化的传播与扩大是权利义务观念形成与发展的批判力量;宗教推动是权利义务观念形成的精神力量。
This article considers, as the modern right - obligation notion firstly formed in slavery age. Its forming reasons are: the appearance of private property system is material power for getting its system shape; the forming of slave political system is the political power; the spreading and enlarging of western ethics civilization and moral culture is the criticizing power; religion promotion is the spirit power.
