摘要
中国特色社会主义事业总体布局从其演进历程看,可以分为总体布局探索时期、总体布局形成时期和总体布局的拓展时期;从其形成的动因看,对我国社会主义初级阶段基本矛盾的深刻认识,对我国社会经济发展基本特征的深刻把握,对新时代新要求的积极回应,推动了总体布局从形成、拓展到"五位一体"的确立;总体布局演进历程同时蕴含着促进人的全面发展和促进社会主义社会全面进步的重要意义;而深刻把握"五位一体",即经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设的丰富内涵,全面落实党的十八大的部署,则是总体布局的实现途径。
The overall layout of socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, in terms of its evolution, can be classified into three stages ： stage of exploration, stage of formation, and stage of deepening ; in terms of motivation, it deepens our un- derstanding of the basic contradictions at the preliminary stage of our socialism, helps us well grasp the basic characteristics of our economic development, and corresponds actively the needs of the new times, thus developing the overall layout from formation through deepening and then to the confirmation of ＂Five - in - one＂ scheme. The evolution of this overall layout embodies in the meantime the significance of overall development of human and overall progress of our socialist society. In this situation, to well grasp ＂Five- in -one＂ layout, namely, the rich implications of the economic building, political build- ing, cultural building, social building and the building of ecological civilization, and therby achieve the arrangement of the 18th National Congress of the CPC may prove to be an approach to the fulfillment of the layout.
