摘要
伴随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,高等教育数量增长与质量提高的矛盾日趋明显。为了解决这对矛盾,在扩大教育规模的同时提高教育质量,文章结合我国实际,阐述了将全面质量管理体系与ISO9000系列标准引入高校内部管理的意义与思路。
As an era of higher education popularization approaches , the contradiction between the growth of quantity and the raise of quality of higher education is becoming more and more evident . To tackle this issue , namely broadening the education scale while improving education quality, this paper, combining the reality of our country , elaborates the meaning and thinking to introducing total quality management system and ISO9000 series of standards into internal management of universities.
