摘要
文章回顾了我国证券市场的成长过程,认为必须依靠完整严密的立法对其加以规范。我们完全可以借鉴西方发达国家数百年的经验,走出一条既能和国际惯例衔接,又能符合自己需要的中国式证券市场发展道路。为此,文章分别对国务院证券委员会和中国证券监督管理委员会的职能作了界定,并提出了我国证券管理体制中的市场自律模式。
The author considers that we must standardize China's securities market by complete and strict legislation based on his reviewing its growing process. We can certainly draw on the experi ence of western industrialized countries' thousands years' development and thus make a China's way of equity market developing which not only can link up with the international conventions but also meet ourselves' need. For this sake, the article has got the definition respectively of State Council Securities Committee (SCSC) and China Securities Supervision and Administration Com mittee (CSSAC), and then gives the self—bind model of China' bond maragement system.
