摘要
本文通过对两种不同监管体制的评价，分析了我国证券市场监管体制的现状及存在的主要问题，指出借鉴国外证券市场成功的经验，结合我国实际，是构架我国证券市场监管体制的基本思路。
This paper, by a comparative evaluation of two different supervision systems, gives ananalysis over the status quo of the supervision system of China 's securities market and the major pro-blems existing under the said stystem. The author's view is that, in order to bring about an effectivestructure of such a supervision system, successful foreign experience should be drawn on and be inte- grated with China 's particular situation.
