摘要
元学习能力是学生学会学习的能力。它对于调动学生学习的主动性、自觉性、自主性 ,充分发挥学生的主体作用、增进学习效率、提高学习效果有着十分重要的作用。大学生的元学习能力可以通过目标学习法等训练获得 ,相应地教学管理则应当通过目标管理法等与之配合。
The fundamental learning ability, an ability to l ea rn how to learn, plays an important role in a student's motivation, use of init iative and improvement of the efficiency and outcome of his or her learning. Col lege students may acquire an effective fundamental learning ability by the metho d of target learning while the management of teaching should be implemented thro ugh target management.
