摘要
激光焊接中,激光聚焦特性的好坏是影响焊接质量的最为关键的因素。文中首先对多焦点技术进行介绍,最后通过实验和理论分析多焦点焊接对激光焊接速度和焊缝质量的影响,证明多焦点技术的优越性。
In laser welding,focusing characteristics of laser beam are the key factors in determining the quality of the welding seam.In this paper,multi-focus technique is introduced.Lastly,the influences of multi-focus technique on welding speed and weldment quality arw demonstrated through experimental and theoretical analysis and the technique's advantage is proved.
