摘要
针对高强钢焊后接头韧性下降的问题,综述了国内外在新焊接工艺研发和焊接参数优化方面的研究,分析了现有主要焊接工艺在高强钢焊接中的应用特点。根据相关研究成果,总结了气体保护焊、激光焊以及搅拌摩擦焊在高强钢焊接中的最新研究进展,包括气体保护焊通过控制焊接热输入提升焊后接头强韧性;激光焊因能量集中、焊接变形小的特点适用于高强钢薄板焊接;激光-电弧复合焊两个热源对焊接效率和质量优化;搅拌摩擦焊中合理匹配搅拌头转速和焊接速度对获得良好性能的焊接接头非常重要。对高强钢焊接接头性能优化领域的发展前景进行了展望,提出该领域仍需致力于焊接工艺智能化、加强数值模拟以优化焊接参数和开发高性能焊接材料,从而寻求实现高强钢高强高韧接头的更多焊接方法。
This paper reviews the research conducted by domestic and international welding researchers on developing new welding processes and optimizing welding parameters to address the toughness degradation of high-strength steel welded joints after welding,and analyzes the application characteristics of existing major welding processes in high-strength steel welding.Based on relevant research results,this paper summarizes the latest research advances in gas metal arc welding(GMAW),laser welding,and friction stir welding(FSW)for high-strength steel welding.These advances include:GMAW enhances the strength and toughness of welded joints by controlling welding heat input;laser welding is suitable for thin-sheet high-strength steel welding due to its concentrated energy and minimal welding deformation;the combination of laser and arc heat sources in laser-arc hybrid welding further improves welding efficiency and quality;and optimal matching of stirring tool rotation speed and welding speed is crucial for obtaining high-performance welded joints in FSW.This paper also discusses the development prospects of performance optimization for high-strength steel welded joints,proposing that the field should focus on intelligent welding processes,strengthened numerical simulation for optimizing welding parameters,and the development of high-performance welding materials to explore more welding methods for achieving high-strength and high-toughness joints in high-strength steel.
