摘要
本文在分析拖拉机驾驶室内噪声的基础上,提出了三自由度驾驶室振动模型,对悬架系统进行了动态分析和优化设计,并按优化设计结果,对长春-40拖拉机驾驶室的悬架系统进行了改进,使耳旁噪声降低5dB(A),再加以密封等措施后使其耳旁噪声由原来的96dB(A)降低到89dB(A)。
Based on analysis of noise in the tractor cab, the cab vibration model with 3 degrees of freedom had been suggested. Dynamic analysis and optimization of parameters for cab suspension had been carried out. According to the result of optimization of parameters, the cab suspension of Changchun-40 was improved, that the noise beside driver's ear was reduced 5dB(A),and it was reduced from 96 dB( A ) to 89 dB( A ) after taking auxiliary measures such as seal.
